Green smoothies are a great way to get your daily amount of greens, veggies and fruit! Try one of these delicious recipes for a fresh star of a day.

Smoothie 1:

  • 1 apple (organic)
  • ½ cucumber
  • a stick of celery
  • ½ avocado
  • a handful of fresh spinach
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • water/sparkling water

Smoothie 2:

  • 1 pear
  • a handful of kale
  • some rucola
  • some spinach
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • water/sparkling water

Smoothie 3:

  • 1 banana, apple or pear
  • 1 dl berries (raspberries, blueberries, lingonberries, strawberries…)
  • big handful of spinach, rucola or other greens
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • water/sparkling water

Choose your favourite combination, blend everything together and enjoy!
